Print the application, fill it out, and either mail the completed form as shown or drop it off at the Pro-shop with your check for $100.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Any male 21 years of age or older with a golfing membership.
- Must be in good standing with PVCC and is eligible for a Men’s Club Membership.
- To be eligible for membership, it must be at least 5 years since you participated in an organized golf program, for eg. High School, College or Professional.
